Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it/them, and in the original packaging.
Your item must be returned to the address we will provide, in its original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturers.

Order changes and cancellation
After the purchase, you have 2 hours to cancel or make any modification (sale items are not eligible for cancellation). After this timeframe, your order will already be processed and prepared for shipping; therefore, no modification or cancellation can be made after 2 hours.
Damaged or missing items
If for any reason your order arrived damaged or with missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team to submit a Damaged/Missing Item Claim. When sending your email, be sure to include “Damaged/Missing Item Claim” in the subject line so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Example scenarios
“My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.” If we have confirmed with the postal service and the carrier that the item was delivered with a specific date, time, and location, we are not responsible for missing items after delivery.
If our carrier or the postal service cannot confirm that the item was delivered, you must contact us and report it; we will then arrange to resend an item to you as soon as possible or proceed with a refund.
If the package was delivered exactly to the same address provided by the buyer and the address was incorrect due to a typing error, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we always love taking care of our customers; if this error came from your side, we will work with you to allow you to receive your item at a discounted rate.
Nevertheless, this remains at the discretion of our customer service team; please double-check the delivery address when entering your information at checkout. If you believe you made an address error, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can correct it before processing the order.

Refunds
Once we have received your item(s) in the condition and as per the terms stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time. The refund will only be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it usually appears on your account within 5 to 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the item as part of a free-shipping promotion, you will still need to cover the required shipping costs for the item.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or cancelled.
